Only the best personal trainers?
Our staff prescreens perspective members about particular environmental preferences that appeal to their overall comfort level while exercising. We take this information and design routines that coincide with alternative activities such as playing Nintendo Wii exercise games and/or watching a favorite movie. It is this attention to detail that gives the member a "voice" in the way they want to workout.

Arthritis to know they can have hope for a
better, healthier future. Recognized throughout
life as a person who "goes the extra mile" to
achieve goals and believes success lies in the
effort as well as the result.
There is no magic bullet in life but going back to
basics. What sort of basics? Just the fundamentals of goal setting and
achievement, expanding your limitations, and dealing with procrastination can
lead to a better life. The challenge goes far beyond just the physical. There is
the whole mental aspect as well, which integrates with the physical. It is the
challenge for life - having goals. The long range goal is having some thing to
work toward each year. That is what life is all about - having goals and
working toward improving yourself in whatever areas you consider important.
Changing (transitions) times are excellent times to review your own lifestyle
and choices. Ask yourself if what you have been doing and choosing is
making you happy? Is it your passion? Or is there something else you have
always thought of doing/experiencing but never felt you had time to fulfill that
desire? Right now may be a golden opportunity, being offered to you for
change. Allow yourself to explore other possibilities. We can rarely stop
change from occurring, but even in challenging times we can decide exactly
how we want to meet and transform for our highest good. Our state of mind
will create what we decide. You have the power to be a winner within
yourself!
"Never stop being ambitious. You have but one life, live it to the
fullest glory and be willing to pay any price."
--- General George S. Patton

"You have to live life on your own terms and with passion. If you have passion for something, go and do it. I believe we all know what we need to do it’s just a matter of getting out there and doing it. Everyone knows they need to eat right and do some sort of exercise to be healthy. We are here to help and motivate people and give them a place to feel comfortable, wanted and to have fun!"
Rob is currently working on getting his degree in Physical Therapy. He is fascinated with the connection between performance and therapy. He is always learning and attending classes and seminars to hone his skills. For the past 10 years he has been fortunate to have been given the opportunity to help hundreds of people. His ultimate goal is to meld therapy and training and become a Fitness Therapist.
