At Global Interactive Fitness, we believe that members should want to be a part of the "process" for exercise success instead of trying to adapt to a system that offers little chance of achievement. Therefore, we make every effort to create an "environment of opportunity" by catering to the comfort level of the member while the're working out.We know that most people like to play games in an "arcade" style setting or get involved in some type of positive distraction that makes the purpose of their efforts more tolerable. EnterTRAINment was created to keep the client or member on task with their exercise program by giving them opportunities to participate in "interactive" activities that coincide with workload demands. |

| Services Pricing PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES- Our professional personal training staff develop and oversee individualized workout programs for G.I.F. members. Complete pre-exercise screening and goal assessment is performed. Scheduling and session pricing available upon request. TELETRAINMENT MEMBERSHIP- $89.00/mo. G.I.F.’s exclusive Teletrainment workout program allows you to exercise from your work or home with a Personal Trainer while saving unnecessary travel time to/from the gym. A favorite for members with strict or demanding time schedules or for those who need a comfortable workout environment. Three 20 min. CARDIO sessions are offered Mon./Wed./Fri. at 6AM. Contact a Global Interactive Fitness representative for Internet system requirements and videocamera installation. Online Personal Training sessions are also offered; pricing and appointment scheduling available upon request. This membership also allows use of the Global Interactive Fitness facility during OPEN WORKOUT HOURS. INTERACTIVE EXERCISE TRAINING- The future of fitness is here! The staff at Global Interactive Fitness has developed unique workout protocols combining personal trainer instruction with interactive exercise programs to create an environment that is more exercise ”friendly.” Members are trained and monitored in a variety of challenging workout situations that are results oriented. This type of exercise training is part of the personal training services offered at G.I.F. and is subject to pricing and session scheduling. Program information and details available upon request. BOOTCAMP CLASSES- G.I.F. offers two different bootcamp styles: OUTDOOR- Classes are 1 hour duration and focus on agility, strength training, and cardio elements. We provide a challenging and fun environment to give you a full body workout. See SCHEDULE regarding time and availability. INDOOR- Classes are 20-30min.duration using a BLACKLIGHT setting combined with a HIGH intensity, music filled environment for a totally different workout experience. You will get results in a creative atmosphere that’ll make you want more! See SCHEDULE regarding times and availability. PRIVATE EXERCISE ROOMS- Global Interactive Fitness offers private workout rooms to keep your comfort level where you want it. Whether its interactive exercise programs or a place to do cardio or other training protocols, you have the choice of working out on your own or having a Personal Trainer assist you. Our exclusive TELETRAINMENT system is also available to monitor your workouts and ensure a safe and accountable exercise environment. We refer to it as “your own space in your own time.” |
