| Hey Rob, As you know, I have been plagued with back problems for most of my life, and genetically I'm definitely no Eric Heiden. This has obviously kept me from doing a lot of things that I enjoy doing, especially since I am now in my 30's and spend even more time just sitting working at a computer. Since training with you my back is now stronger than when I was in my early 20's. My balance and overall body control seems to be better than it ever has been, and I feel like I could take on just about any sport. The training that we have done has allowed me to win a Jet Ski Racing State Championship, and take 4th in the World in my classification. The knowledge that you have given me on how to build and maintain my health and physical well being is priceless. | I feel I workout more consistently with the TELETRAINMENT system from Global Interactive Fitness because of the convenience and scheduling flexibility that is not available with a personal trainer at a gym. There are many times I would not have been able to workout had TELETRAINMENT not been there for me. I have set weekly goals for my workouts, and with my unpredictable schedule, TELETRAINMENT keeps me accountable to my fitness routine.When I can't make it to Global Interactive Fitness, TELETRAINMENT provides me the opportunity to train at home with a trainer so I don't miss a workout; it's so easy to do and gives me more time in my busy day for other responsibilities. | My workouts used to be monotonous and many times I could not wait to finish. Motivation and discipline was not the problem; as time went on I just needed an environment that fit me. Gyms are all pretty much the same-a lot of machines in a nondescript setting; no wonder people call them “big boxes.”
All that changed when I started going to Global Interactive Fitness. George’s professional attitude and attention to details made me feel like I belonged there, not just another number coming through the door. For the first time I experienced a ”comfort zone” that motivated me to work that much harder than I ever did before. George made the workout environment fit me, not the other way around. Global Interactive Fitness is not like any other fitness place I’ve been to; it’s much better. You have to come down and experience the difference for yourself. Monday nights at G.I.F. are now my favorite time of the week to workout! Going to a regular gym just won’t do anymore… Thank you Global Interactive Fitness for giving me a place that “works’ for me.
